Dr Fenton and his staff are the best. with an appointment, not a long wait. Dr was terrific choice of frames were massive, and the glasses were ready within a week. Great experience
Dr Fenton is a great ophthalmologist with the patience of a Saint ! Really went the distance to find me the right combination for readers and also distance glasses. So glad to have him as my Doctor
As a new patient I was disappointed with the eye doctor as I felt he rushed through the examination, he never even looked at my eyes I was in the examination room less 10 mins. Picked out my frames and a tech fitted and ordered my lenses. At two weeks I called to get status of my glasses and was told to be patient. The following week I called and was told the lab had broken the frames, new frames were sent. Ten days later went to pickup my glasses and they needed to sent them back as the bifocals were not made correctly. A week later went to get my glasses and noticed the frames were a darker color then I had originally ordered. Even though I could better I was very frustrated and walked out. I would not recommend Vision Makers to anyone. No communications and being miss lead leads to non trust in my book.
I started coming here for mine and my 8 year olds optical needs and have had a great experience every time. Front desk staff is friendly and the doctors are informative and efficient. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen and they have a nice variety of frame styles for adults and kiddos.
Very happy with all aspects of my first visit with Dr. Fenton and all of his support staff. Receive my new lenses in two weeks and am happy with my improved vision.
Everything is difficult. Over schedule and make you wait but if you are late 5-10, they cancel you. Make you wait months for an appt. Can order contacts without a Dra signature making the process longer even though the prescription came from him. Nothing is easy here. Ever
Find them always very professional and helpful in all ways. When any emergency pops up they help me quickly. I have gone to this Dental for years, I expect no change.
If I could give the front office staff zero stars I would. First they told me my prescription was outdated and made me make a new appointment. When I arrived at my appointment I was told that I would have to come back in 6 weeks because I wasn’t quite due for an appointment. When I did come back Dr. Fenton was great. Their glasses selection for people on a budget is limited to four draws and there is not much selection. When I came to pick up my glasses it took them an hour to get me my glasses… I won’t be back.
